New in the last year: none of Colorado’s 64 counties has absolutely no EVS or plug-in hybrids registered. Even Baca County, in extreme southeast Colorado, has 7 registered EVS, and Sedgewick, in the northeast corner, has 4.
And tiny Hinsdale County, where Alferd Packer was found guilty in the courthouse at Lake City of cannibalism, has 4 registered EVs.
